Personally for a cheap LED I would go with the reefbreeders superlux (new updated version of their value fixture). I have read a lot that the white 10-12k cheaper LEDs give off almost no useable light for corals. You can see in the reefbreeders that they use 4600k whites. I've used these fixtures and gotten great growth and much better colors than on other cheap black box LEDs
