Leopard wrasse and tropic eden reef flakes

What's your opinion on the compatibility of tropic eden reef flakes and a leopard wrasse? The sand is more course. Would this not be a good fit for this fish? Also, would they be compatible w/ another flasher wrasse. I have a pintail wrasse in a Reefer250.

For my Wrasse I used the sizes below. A mound here a pile there ect. Figured the sand would blow around and settle. Let my wrasse decide where to sleep.
Mesoflakes - 2.7mm
Reefflakes - 3.5mm
Reefflakes Grand Select - 4.5mm

Pintail wrasse are actually in the genus Cirrhilabrus and aren’t a flasher wrasse. They’re fairy wrasse, any wrasse in the genus paracheilinus is a flasher wrasse. Leopards are compatible with Cirrhilabrus, Anampses, Xenojulis, Paracheilinus, Pseudojuloides, Pseudocheilinops. As for the sand it should be alright however these fish are delicate so if possible try to change it (I did this with my sand when preparing for an iridis and didn’t wind up with a new cycle). It shouldn’t be TOO bad with this substrate but it’s always better to be on the safe side.
