I think you’re correct. I'm by no means an expert. Hopefully, an expert will chime in.I’m guessing that this is a juvenile/female rubripinnis, but I’m not sure.

Yeah, spooky as in easily startled or "darty".spooky? Like scared? if thats what you mean, no he comes up to the tank when I feed and eats great. Unless the male lyretail is messing with him, I just saw the wrasse flashing which is when I tried to take those pictures

That's correct; a transitional male Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura.I've had this guy for a while. Very active and docile. Sold to me as a blue-sided fairy wrasse.
