I’m guessing that this is a juvenile/female rubripinnis, but I’m not sure.

Whoops; forget to check an email on this last Friday and missed the weekend activity - sorry.
spooky? Like scared? if thats what you mean, no he comes up to the tank when I feed and eats great. Unless the male lyretail is messing with him, I just saw the wrasse flashing which is when I tried to take those pictures
Yeah, spooky as in easily startled or "darty".
Newbie here. LFS isnt sure what this is, neither am I

Yup, rubrippinnis is correct.

I've had this guy for a while. Very active and docile. Sold to me as a blue-sided fairy wrasse.

That's correct; a transitional male Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura.
