Lighting question

Hi guys,
I saw this LED online and thought I'd ask if anyone was familiar with it.
Anyone used the Aquamana AQ LED 55x3W it claims to be a light panel that will support corals.

I have a 40 gallon and wanted to have a light that will sit on top of the tank.

I recently purchased a fixture that looks exactly like the Aquamana, but it's called Mars Aqua. Picked it up off eBay for $78 HERE. I'm extremely happy with this light.....but time will tell.


Now as far as your comment about the light sitting on top of the tank, realize that you'll actually want to mount this 12 - 18 inches over the tank. Sitting directly on the tank will cause spotlighting. The fixture I have has lenses, so definitely needs to go a distance above the tank. Oh, and one of these fixtures is just right for a 40B.
