Hello everyone. I recently moved to a new place and have started the build of a Red Sea Reefer 350. It is in the living room with west facing windows and my led lights are programmed to come on at 10am and shut off at 10pm.

My question is will the indirect light that comes into the place (starting around 6:45am) hinder the sleep of the fish? They get about 8.5 hours of total darkness.

Thanks in advance for the responses!

they will definitely begin waking up before your lights come on. My tank is in a room with 1 window and the lights come on at 8:30am. The fish are always out swimming around before then due to the indirect light. I don't think it's detrimental though
