My lights just came today and I was wondering what kind of schedule and intensity I should do. I have a 29g tank and all I have in it right now are my zoas. I'll be picking up some torches probably tomorrow or this weekend. I had a cheap light before so they aren't going to be used to this more intense light. What should I start the lights at in order to acclimate them? How long? Then once they are acclimated how should I ramp them?

We will need to know what you were running before and the model of the new lights that you will be using before an intensity can be recommended. The intensity for Radions for example will be vastly different from the starting intensity of Marineland lights. Although you didn't mention LEDs specifically, I assume that is what you are using?

The light I had before was a aquatop skyaqua. I just got a SB reef light extreme wifi. Yes it's LED.
