Hello everyone, a friend of mine is starting his very first tank but having a hard time with his lighting. Right now the only coral he has is a couple Zoa frags and a goonie. Tank is 4 months old but he’s asking for lighting help. I run reef led g2’s and cannot help him with this particular light (an AI prime). His tank is a UNS 40a AIO with a depth of 15 and a half inches. His ultamate goal is to keep more corals. Does this setting look correct and if not does anyone have any suggestions on how he should tweak it? Just trying to help out a fellow reefing friend so thanks in advanced!

Can't help either. Doesn't the Prime come with instructions and basic advice?? (Did he buy it knowing this?)

Only one Prime? I have a Prime on a 15 gallon set at 80%. I would crank it to 100% on that tank, but ultimately he needs another Prime or else an upgrade to something stronger. Prime is a 55 watt light, I have 100 watts on my 32 gallon, and 150 watts on my 40 gallon, IMO 55 watts is not enough for 40 gallon.

He bought it second hand from a LFS out of box as a plug and play no instruction manual or advice was given to him unfortunately
