I'm in the process of taking delivery on my new aquarium. Its a DSA Neo 185

I have most of my issues worked out switching from my 90gal into this beast with the excepton of my lighting dilema. I want a suspended canopy so that I may install my two Luman Max 3 250W DE pendants as well as my IceCap 4X 54w T-5 set up. I will not be using a traditional canopy on this as it hinders my ability to work in the tank too much. But until I can get someone to build this canopy I need a light fixture.

I was considering the Tek 8 x 54W fixture for this application. Do you think it will provide enough light to maintain my mixed corals until something can be built? Tank dimensions are 60"L x 30"W x 25"H.

Thank

Why dont you go to ebay. Just purchased an Odeyssea Light fixture for $368 with shipping. 48 inch 2-MH 250 watts and 4-65watt pc actinics with 6 led moonlights. Housing is the same as the Corallife- very well built- took it apart to check it out. Bulbs seem OK but just bought Phoenix bulbs to replace. Fan is a little loud looking to replace.
