Live Aquaria

I had been having problems with live aquaria and their wait lists. I thought I was on their wait list for a McCosker's wrasse and a Flame pair then when I checked Diver's Den last night there was a McCosker's wrasse. I couldn't beleive it since they had assured me (in the RC sponser forum) that they would call the people on the list before offering these guys in the Diver's Den. I didn't get a call or an email. Nada.

I went ahead and added that guy to my cart along with another flasher wrasse that they had. I went through all the steps and when I hit finalize order, the screen would never change. By the time I got through to customer service the other flasher was already purchased. I have to admit that I was a bit peeved with the whole situation and posted what happened in the sponser forum on RC.

Well, I got home a little bit ago and there was a message for me from Live Aquaria. They said that they were terribly sorry about the confusion and that they have another flasher wrasse very similar to the one that was purchased under me. They said that to make it up to me for the confusion that they were going to send me that flasher along with my McCosker's free of charge. Now that's what I call great customer service! :D

LOL! Opps, guess it does sound like I got everything free. Naw, they are giving me the filiment flasher wrasse for free and free shipping to my home. I still paid for the McCosker's and the shipping for him. Still pretty good though! :)

They are based about two hours from me. I toured the facility when I was up there. Definately an awesome set up. Very clean and well kept. Lots of corals and things looked very healthy.
