I spend over $1000 in a couple months. I'm not sure how you guys spend so little considering.

I was at a reef club members house and bought frags totaling $200 last week. I spent $180 less than a week ago for frags on frags.org from Boker420

I went to the LFS and got a couple fish and spent $80 this week as well.

That's $460 in less than 2 weeks. hmmmmm. What are you guys paying for corals and fish these days ... I guess that's a whole nother thread.

My aquapod was free, the rock was hand made so for me almost free.

I bought an aquacultured duncan for $100
A blue spot jawfish $140
A cleaner shrimp $25(jawfish killed)
A funky wrasse for $110 that will eventually have to be removed from the tank(no way to keep a 3' wrasse in a 12 gallon tank).
A blue bullseye mushroom for $20.
Two aquacultured elegance corals I think $150 each.
A candy cane for $30.
Two mexican turbos $5.
One cerith snail and one blue leg hermit crab $11.(overpaid a little on these).

Everything else was traded or taken from my brother and buddies.

My buddy is hopefully getting an aussie shipment in this week and I am jumping on a bunch of them. So my checkbook will be gone.

With a new setup this last year I have spent about $6000 and still going, but I don't really have other hobbies and my wife likes the tank so she is cool with it, so far. :D
