Log not Tracking

Hi,

Over the last day, the tracking on the log has stopped. I used to be able to open it and see how often my ATO was activated, when the lights came on, etc. Now, zip. Any suggestions?

I had the same thing yesterday on my Apex 2016. I rebooted the Apex remotely and the system started logging. I did check apex.local and the entries are there but they are not in Fusion for that time period. During the outage I was still receiving alerts.

I did open a ticket - they said the Apex base lost connection with Fusion.

Must be what happened to me. Now really odd, today it is working just fine. Go figure. Two days had nothing. Anyway, back in business!
