And they could lose color for many reasons...stress,acclimation,lights too strong, lights to little....most likely stress from moving around so much..

And my light are 165 watt leds black box one only under a 54 gallon corner tank the anemone is under it but on the sand gets good light i hope
100 percent blues 20 percent whites...whites/blues turn on at 12 noon together
At 7pm the whites go off and the blues stay on till 9 pm

He doesn' look bad...just looks like that one side is getting hit pretty hard...and that might cause him to release and float around again.

That looks much better. Leave it there for a couple days and try slowly turning it back up...wouldn' worry about the sand they'l just take it out again.....

Notice that my anemone would only gain color when whites would go off so I turned them Down 10 percent and is working my question is some tenticle a look like the long ballon when u twist them is that normal ? And some have sand stuck to it

Would the anemone be okay with
6 hours of blue and white and
2 hours of blue ?
Or do they demand more hours of light ?

Well on a reef they would get 12 hours of intense sun. My lights ramp up and down and stay at peak for 4 hours. Best is to watch how he reacts and slowly adjust as needed.
