Hello fellow reefers!

I am looking for some feedback as i am at a loss for the moment. Algae and SPS color are my main issues. My tank has has been running for about 2 years, before that it was running for about 4 years. Tank is a 40 breeder with 2 hydra 26HD's about 5 years old. Running a modifyed saxby setting. Fiji cube 24 sump. I have cheato but its not growing or growing r really really slow now. Harvested it once 3 months ago. Im not sure whats going on. My sps color is very dull, no color at all or just green.

Current fish stock: 1 yellow tang (a gold nugget now) 2 wrasses and 5 blue chromis.

Coral stock: about 15 SPS mainly Millies and Tenuis. 1 acan a fee hammers, 1 torch and a small rock covered in zoas.

Today parameters:

Temp 79F
Alk 8.4 (hanna)
Ca 465 (salifert)
Mg 1450 (salifert)
Salanity 1.025
P04 0.13 (hanna)
N03 12ppm (nyos)

Last water change was 2 weeks ago. I was doing weekly changes but the new management positions has me working 14hrs days at the moment. Im use Red Sea blue bucket for salt.

In your years of reef keeping what feedback can you give me to get the best colors out of my sps? I know stability is key and my tank has been stable for months now. All sps are encrusting at a decent rate. Some faster then others which i know is normal. The no colora juat have me at a loss. Any feedback would be greatly appreicated.

Higher phosphate can drab out slow down SPS.
.13ppm is not overly high in a mature tank but I see some green on the bed which maybe taking up some.

My phosphates fluctuate between .08 - .15 ive had it down to .03 at times for a week or so but then dinos would start forming on the sand bed for some reason.
