I just upgraded from a lagoon to a peninsula. Hoping to add more fish in the near future. Tank is mixed reef with current residents as follows:
Gem Tang
Purple Tang
Tomini Tang
Pintail Wrasse
Orange Back Wrasse
Mccullochi Dottyback
Star Blenny
Swalesi Basslet
A pair of Superstorm Clowns
Marcosi Tile fish

looking for a couple more buddies to add. Looking for unique not bread and butter

IMO, no more tangs. You may have some issues with the ones you have now when they get bigger and competing for terrtority. Maybe a Flame Angel, flame hawkish, maybe 2 more wrasses just to name some options. Have you added anything after the tangs. Purples can be real jerks and Gems to that point.

The tangs all hang together, have since they were tiny. They are fed 3-4 times a day and plenty of nori. I know there is always the possibility.. my only real butt is the Orangeback. Everything else has been chill

i cant think

Honestly I would leave it at that seeing you have a tilefish - which love to escape high activity tanks unfortunately and long term your tank will be too high in activity especially with those tangs.

I wouldn’t add any other wrasses with the Auridontorsalis in the tank already. They can be nasty when it comes to new wrasses (no matter what species however they’re worse with Cirrhilabrus and Paracheilinus species).

For a 5-foot tank, 150 gal, I would consider the tank fully stocked. If I have this tank, and want to add a few more fish, I will only add small size fishes, and only 3 or 4 at the most.
Mandarin
A few wrasses, consider a trio of Leopard wrasse if there is a sand bed. Consider Melanurus and/or Radiant (Halichoeres iridis) wrasse. Consider a few flasher wrasses, any species, or a few docile Fairy wrasses. A pair of China Wrasses (Anampses neoguinaicus)
One or two Dwarf angels. My favorites are Flame angels and Flameback angels
Many of the pictures are fishes in nuptial display. I have pair or harem of them in my tnak. It is a 320gal tank
