Lost Test

So UPS lost my test sample I sent in. The question I have is how do I get a new test connected for that tank because it's saying I have an unfinished sample. Thanks in advance!

What is your ID number? Or barcode..

Aquarium ID is 10010B and the test barcode is B-oaVLJK

I have deleted the old barcode, you can now add your new one
