Few shots. They encruster (I’ve been told what it is and yet… I forget lol.) was moved from the sand bed area to the top near the overflow. Is it happier? Yes. Will i probably regret the love? Also probably. Will I move it? Probably not. It’s been here for awhile now and it’s finally all puffed out and seems to want to grow. I’ll let it cover the overflow if it wants and just trip it when it gets to the weir teeth. For now it’s happy so I’m happy.
You can see the dino goop on the macro. It covers all of it :/ I have to remove the stuff from the surface daily. Seems I’ve also got some hair algae growing and being covered as well.
The turbo was indeed dying/ dead. Last week I lost the smaller of the two, and this this larger one is also not moving. I have not pulled them as I figured the tiny critters can eat them or at least they can add to the bacteria food. Sigh. I’ve had them for quite some time and have no idea their life spans. But the coralline on the shells have always been so nice to look at. I’ll leave the shells as decor as well.
I believe the predominant dino is the large cell. I’ll have to look once more. The sand bed stays pretty decent and most of the issue is on the macro and the hair algae as well as the wave maker. I clean that thing off every other day it seems.
I still have the aiptasia too and at this point if it’s a survivor I don’t mind XD
