PAR can be guesstimated from Lux but one of the most important things is spectrum.
320 Lux of pure 450nm blue light has a par estimate of 37
320 Lux of sunshine has a par estimate of 7.4 (11.47 per Apogee)
320 Lux of low CRI 6500k led is 4.3
