Major help, AI Sol not turning on

Ok, I just bought this new from a sponsor today. Came home and got it set up. Plugged in all of the cables and what not and no lights.


Can anyone help me out. The controller still comes on, the lights fan comes on, but that is it...

double and triple check your connections and the timers on your controller.

Remove the controller from the fixture and see if you get anything.
