Purple deaths are one of my favorites. Have you had any color change in them?

yes, when I got them from Azurel, they were very nice deep purple.. they have lightened a little but still keeping the purple.. or maybe I just got used to seeing them.. LoLz..

Same thing happened to mine. When I got them from Azurel they were dark purple. Then they got blasted by my lights and now they are a nice light purple.

I put them on a shade so hopefully the new ones will be a bit more purple than the parents.. ;)

I have mine blasted with 150W Phoenix and they are still a nice deep purple. I direct feed mine as much as possible and they have started to grow faster. Do you feed yours or just whatever you throw into the tank. I know it's hard to direct feed individual corals especially when you have all these lords and micros :D

I am only using a single 250w SE 14k Hamilton along with 2x110w super actinic.....Not sure how much a differance that is gonna make......I have placed them just about all areas of my tank and they have always been that deep purple....Much darker then when I first got them....

dunno what it is but I'm happy with them either way.. still purple just not that purple.. :D
