I want to deworm my fish for intestinal parasites. I have already administered albendazole orally, but I am still finding a large number of flagellates in their feces. I can obtain metronidazole or dimetridazole. What are the dosages and treatment effects of these two medications, respectively?I want to use the medicated bath immersion method instead of oral administration.

Metro must be applied by weight (.5gm) and will make food taste bitter. PraziPro is a safe option.

Are you seeing symptoms from the flagellates? A certain number of these are expected as normal gut flora.

The oral dose for metronidazole is around 1% by weight in the food. A common in-water dose is 25mg/l every 3 days for 3 treatments.

I’ve only used dimetridazole to try and treat cryptobia in cichlids. I only used it orally at 20mg per gram of food.

I didn't observe any related symptoms. Since these are new fish, I discovered flagellates while checking their feces. Therefore, I would like to perform a deworming treatment.

I would opt for the metronidazole in-water bath first. If you want to try oral medications, you'll need to read this article first:
