MH testing help

I have two red coralvue lexcore ballasts that are not firing. Anyone know how to test the ballasts. I tried new bulbs. I tried use a different outlet and nothing.

Coralvue has been pretty helpful when I have needed them. Send them a note or lob them a call.

No number yo call them and I sent I a ticket but it's taking for ever to get replys back. They said they haven't head of this issue and clam it can't be texted eith a multi meter or bulb.
