Algae and seems like either bryopsis or turf

Yep, algae spores which can become hair or turf in time

You can dab peroxide on it and
ok do i let it run its course or try and take hold now?
it should control
Other option is to add 1.5ml of peroxide per 10 gallons at night which should also get to those spots
