Ok. so I am having multiple issues. The first issue is that my Vectra return pump and one of my two Nero 5 pumps keeps disconnecting from the Mobius APP. Every time i open the app i have to "Remove from Tank" The vectra and this same Nero Pump. I've talked with their agents via chat and done soft and hard resets on both devices. I finally got them to stick to the Mobius APP and connected them to the MXM in the Mobius workflow after about 2 hours of back and forth. However I could not get them to show as connected to the Apex App/Webpage.
I decided to to take a break from the troubleshooting and of course when i returned to Apex the devices were not showing and they were also showing as disconnected on the Mobius APP.
Is this a problem with the devices themselves? Has anyone seen this before? Any other suggestions?
