Mounting Radion Gen3 Pro inside canopy?

I have a 5ft long tank with a canopy that I want to mount my 3 Radion Gen3 pros in. The canopy is only about 10-11 inches off the water, so I can't use any of the cable mounting systems. Anyone have any ideas? I want to keep them as high as possible (even flush if possible) in the canopy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've seen a couple thread where people have a canopy they want to use with a led fixture, but the canopy was not very tall. ( not your situation).
What they did was to cut holes in the top of the canopy and mount them flush with the top.

OK, how about, 2" to 2-1/2" long machine screws down through the top of the canopy to the screw holes in the top of the radions?
I would leave atleast 1-1/2" air space above the fixture.
You could go shorter, but I wouldn't, unless you cut some vent holes directly above the fixtures.

I went down to home depot and bought some aluminum angle iron. I used this to set the radions on. I will post some pics in a minute have to break out the camers

I use to have mine that way but it wasn't high enough off of the water for a good light spread so I just cut out the top of the canopy just enough for the light to fit in and has worked perfectly

I made a little grid out of the aluminum and used stainless nuts and bolts to keep it together
I can slide the whole grid front to back within the canopy, and slide the radions left and right on the grid for placement.
the grid sets on a 1x2 piece of wood. I pit some of those felt cabinet closure buttons on the radions to keep from scratching them when I have to slide them (which is rare once you get it set up)

Yeah I built my own canopy so I made it a little taller than most I guess. It's 12" tall so I dropped the radions down so I have about 1.5" in between the top of the canopy and the radions for air flow and am still about 10" off the water line

Those are kessils but it will work for radions. My total height is 10". They even have a piece with a lip to go over the edge of your tank. They will help you design and it is simple to assemble.

This may give you some ideas. I will also be mounting Xr30 Gen 3's in a canopy that is 60" long x 24" front to back.
