Hello all, my wife and I are moving to Bluffton in November from Ohio.

I'm trying to find any fellow reefers that may be in the area.

Thanks!

I live in Beaufort, not far at all. I'm pretty new with reef tanks. My Nano is about 10 months old and my Pico about 2 months. So I'm still learning as I go.
But I'm loving every minute of it.

Little bit farther away but I am in midway, GA, just southwestish of Savannah and about an hour from bluffton. You should definitely make a trip to Joe knows reefs in Charleston, it's a two hour drive but well worth it.

Thanks Paul. I've had an IM30L set up for 2 years now. Going bigger once settled. Looking forward to meeting you!

Thanks GHsaltie. I will be working in Pooler so GA is where I will be spending half my life!

Hope to meet you and thanks for the reply!

Me also.
GHsaltie is right about Joe Knows Reefs. Great place. Tideland Aquatics is also up in Charleston. Not bad at all. In Savannah they have one place. It's Okay.

Pooler has had some incredible development in the past couple years. I think given a little bit longer it will rival Savannah as the go-to place, it just won't have the historical value.

Yeah the one in Savannah is exotic underworlds. I stop by every couple of months just because. I went there a couple weeks ago, after Irma hit, I mentioned to one of the guys about the corals I lost, 3 of which were high end shrooms from WWC. This guy had the gall and twistedness to say that was good the mushrooms died, they are a pain . Needless to say I only go there for sick project fish.

Thanks for the heads up guys! I will have more questions on I get down there. I have mostly softies and zoas and have a friend who is going to keep them for me then drive them down and do a little vacation.

Thanks bassrock234. I was going to go check out their store over the weekend. It’s a plan now! And thanks for the link. Any local clubs?
