I use to live in Bluffton SC there isn't many reefers in that area. Not many LFS to support the hobbie. Best and closest LFS and community of reefer are in Charlestown.

Thanks Smoyer. I found a few LFS around there searching online. I see you are in PA.
I grew up near Pittsburgh and also lived near Harrisburg for a while

I'm in Charleston, Just starting up a reef tank! I also recommend Tideline Aquatics. Great staff. Always helpful I currently just have a freshwater tank, And they have helped me a lot with my start up!

Hello all, my wife and I are moving to Bluffton in November from Ohio.

I'm trying to find any fellow reefers that may be in the area.

Thanks!

Mike
Yep, I’m roughly 30 minutes from ya in Beaufort! I’ve been in the hobby for two years now. Just recently tore down a 120 and downsized to a 50!

Do you have a build thread? Would love to see your tank?

Maybe we can hook up some time?

Honestly, I have no idea how to create a thread yet, lol! I’ve been on R2R since I started but didn’t really start getting active until I moved back in May. Any pointers?

Absolutely, love meeting fellow reefers!

—Funny story, when I first started the hobby I lived in an apartment. One of my fellow neighbors approached me one night and asked if I had a tank. I politely reposted yes, why do you ask? She stated that she could see the purple glow at night. We got a good laugh outta that. She was super helpful!
