Mp40 Making Humming sound

I bought an mp40 today, brand new. If I have it above 50% it makes a loud humming sound. Video attached. Any ideas?

Sorry, obviously it doesn’t know the words….
Bummer, hopefully you get a fix or replacement to quiet the sound.
