That was the hope but there are still serious supply chain issues. Not to mention China shut down again and they really messed things up

That’s the problem, don’t put out a date or a range unless you plan to hit it. Period. Doesn’t matter if you’re being cute or coy on a video or shooting your mouth off online for clicks etc. or making a full-blown product announcement and you miss the date, you’re just rubbing your users the WRONG way. I’d prefer they’d have said nothing about the release window.
