Can only say WOW!

Do you plan to add to the livestock or just keep what you have?

I will add more coral and fish.
I'm expecting a mini cycle as I added 40kg of live rock.
Po4 is a little high right now.
I just added some phosguard to bring it down. I have got a red haddoni coming this week that I'm pretty excited about.

I will add some after I deal with Po4.
I like lots of sand bed corals with out the sand.

I love your tank and by the looks of things you are doing something right. My question to you is, are you running GFO or is your biopellet reactor taking care of your nitrates and phosphates? Do you think that the bacteria from the biopellet reactor is making a difference with your coral growth? Any advice would be appreciated since your an expert in my eyes based on your outcome. Thanks

Thanks for your kind words.
Acros are new to me so I'm still learning. Now to answer your questions
No GFO
Ekobak pellets control Po4 and N03
Coral growth on my 6x2x2 was in my opinion from the balling light method.
That tank was under light. Po4 and No3 were low.
I love balling light method for its simplicity. Currently I'm dosing just 2 channels Alk calcium. The trace elements are added to those mixes.
Right now my my No3 is at 2ppm
My Po4 is at 0.10 which is not ideal. I am running a little reactor with phosguard i will run it till the Po4 comes down.
I think i need to add more pellets also

Thanks so much for the advice, question for you. Do you use Balling Light trace elements with Fauna Marin 3 part or do you use it with another companies 3 part like BRS for example? I have seen things online where people use the balling light trace with BRS to save some money.

I use fauna Marin.
To push you in the right direction with your questions regarding gfo.
Bio pellets need Po4 to reduce No3.
If you have low No3 and high Po4 then you can look at adding a Po4 removal temporarily. When you get close to desired Po4 level look at removing it.
I skimm 100% of my reactor.
Also choose a good reactor.
Reef octopus are good value and work very well.

What does that mean "I skim 100% of my reactor?"

100% of the water exiting my reactor goes through the skimmer
Post 31 is an image of how I isolate my ozone from the reactor and skim 100%

Agghhhh
The power supply to the hydra 52 stopped working last night.
No one in Australia has stock. Including distributors.
The retailer did offer to lend me a radion.
I thought the best option would be to buy 2 hydra 26's.
There are things that I like about the hydra over the radion.
I just hope I don't have any more reliability problems.
Two 26's are much better than one 52 in my opinion.
It's brighter and better spread.
