My Baptism

In the "prayer thread" I stated to ask for prayer that I become closer to god... Well I am taking that next step. Today I went in front of my congregation and stated that I would like to become baptised. So I will be going through with this in the next few weeks to prove that I am ready to follow god in all aspects of my life. I realize this is more of a profession of my faith to god than anything but it is a step closer to where I need to be in terms of having god in my life.

Thats awesome Ben. In Matt 10:32 Jesus said "Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven." This came to mind as I noticed your public confession to become baptized.

Thanks ocean.... I am excited to finally become an official member of my church and to help out facility wise where and when I can....
