Here is my Experience with Rick, So I bought a berserker bounce and a wwc citrus apple bounce and a gozo golden dragon. He shipped and absolutely cooked the **** out of them. The guy used a mega mega heat pack when it was about 50 he is in FL and I live in WV. Everything was dead as could be and completely melted. We talked and went back and forth he wanted to replace it with a og bounce which I did not want since I had one coming then he tried a (Godzilla) mushroom told him no and I wanted a new berserker Rick then agreed to cut me a berserker. So forward to Tuesday I get reshipment which Rick did pay for. He shipped me the wrong corals and shipped my box to a guy in Michigan so we agree float the corals then reship, Get my correct shipment very cold as Rick uses the hot hands heat packs not shipping 48 hr heat packs and my berserker detached floating in the cup. All in all the corals opened up and look really good but its a pain in the butt to attach a mushroom.
