I have a 90 gal with the overflow mounted in the left corner. I have never had this problem before and have had the system for 10 years. My pump is pumping all the water out of the sump and into tank and overflowing. I have checked everything and nothing has moved or been changed. I am at a loss to fix this problem. Thank you for any help I can get.

i had something similar when snails had grown in my out pipework and managed to block it, even though i had strainers they had spawned in my tank and i assume the baby's got thought the grate and grew in the pipes, in short can you disassemble your drain piping to make sure its clear of blockages?

You have a blocked or partially blocked drain. Use something to clear said drain.
