I have a torch in my 20 gallon AIO. It’s been in there about two months. Last week I was using a baster to clean off some rock and noticed a tip fly away from the rock. I did some reading and found that this occasionally happens, for various different reasons so I didn’t think anymore about it. I’ve also never seen the hermits mess with him, but I’m obviously not watching the tank 24 hours a day.
Since then I have seen several more tips on the rock next to him. Probably 5-8, spread out over the week. I’m starting to worry now. The last thing I want to happen is to lose this thing. Do any of y’all have any advice, or have been through this? I’ll post all the tank mates, parameters and lighting info below. I appreciate any help or advice I can get.

livestock in tank
Two clowns, two yellow watchman gobies, pistol shrimp, banded coral shrimp, blue leg hermits, nassarius, turbo and trochus snails.
