My zoa have little white dots on them. Should I be concerned or is it normal.

the picture is a bit blurry and too blue to make out what these “dots” are. but are you certain this is not sand debris on the zoas?

I’m pretty sure I’ve tried to blow the sand off but it won’t go away. I did dip the coral before I put it in the tank.

Definitely concern if it’s not sand or some other detritus. How long was last dip? I would try lugol’s - if done properly it always seems to help and never hurts.
