Need Feedback quick

If you had a choice between a Harlequin Shrimp and a sea star, what would you choose? I'm torn, they both have their Pro's for the reef tank, just not sure which way to go. While the Shrimp will rid your tank of pest stars, the sea star will clean up the rock and substrate.

Harlequin's are great but will probably eat you sea star!
