Do you have room for either a remote huge or a HOB fuge? A hobby is nice because the pods can gravity feed back into display without the return pump chowdering them up!

Have you ever seen how others transformed the old Red Sea reefer ato tanks into refugiums with a small pump might be a perfect solution for you could probably get a acrylic box made to your specs a small pump and plumbing materials for under 200$

Possibly it would have to be small as i have 3 inches from glass to wall
Modular marine makes remote fuges and can do custom. What i don't personally know, and im still new to this, is how much room you would need. I would think, 3" deep but long and an inlet on one side and overflow on the other it could be done with some slim likes like the tunze ecochic?

Hey there.. did you ever end up deciding on a solution and if so what’d you go with? I have the same tank so wrestling with the same issue. Close to pulling the trigger on a HOB refugium, but I also came across this in a prostar 90 build thread and wondering if that’s the better way to go. https://www.reef2reef.com/attachments/img_0636-jpeg.3140871/
Thanks!
So i ended up skipping a fuge thats for sure one way to do it i got these media baskets that hold floss and dont sit so deep so you could run 2 socks still and do a fuge under i put bio media under and blocks in my return ill post a picture it has been working good but you can 100% do a fuge there to idk if id use cheeto maybe another macro algae
