Hi, i need help identifying what this is and if it's something to be concerned with. It's all over the inside of the overflow chamber of my RS max s400.

If it's something to be concerned about what can I do to fix it?

It’s blurry but it looks like sponges. Does anything move by itself ?

I see some movement but I think it's from water flow
