Need help on this worm

I have a lot of this type worm in tank
strange long, skinny, red worm lot of them hide in sand but some are just floating in the tank at night time.

They could be sand worms, jaw worms or hair worms. There really isn’t a clear cut name without being able to see it under a magnifying glass or microscope.
Ron Schimek has an interesting article about various worms in the marine environment on reefkeeping.com for an interesting read.
Sorry I can’t help out more! I have these worms as well but they seem beneficial.

Looks like spaghetti worms to me as well. They good for the tank.
