Could someone help identify what this patch is on my clown and how to treat it? I took off for the weekend and came home and noticed this. It has not eaten today and I’ve fed twice once in the AM and once in the PM. TIA!!

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

I've been working on trying to figure out what that is on clownfish. It isn't likely related to why your clownfish isn't eating though.

Here is a link to the problem:

To figure out why your clownfish isn't eating, we need more background information. How long have you had the fish, what the water quality readings are, and a short video of it.

Very similar to hlle but doesnt look like it. May be more bacterial as they are susceptible to bacterial infection and brooklynella especially wild caught clowns

Curious - did you QT the fish with medication before adding to your tank? You could try a hospital tank with an antibiotic if you had not. Otherwise agree with the rest.

Same thing happened to my clown, though not as severe - eventually went away.
The not eating is definitely a bigger concern as Jay pointed out. Any other clown to bully it?

I’ve had the fish about a month now maybe a bit longer. I didn't QT them because they were the first and only fish in the tank and my LFS said they have had them for about 2 weeks when I bought them. Water parameters are as follows;
Ammonia: 0ppm
Alk: 8dKH
Calcium: 380ppm
Salinity: 34ppt
Mag: 1050ppm

The tank is about 2ish months old. I started soaking some food in general cure with sachem focus to see if that would help in the case he does it.

one other smaller clown in the tank and that's it
