Have this on 2 places on my dragon soul favia. I'm a new reefer so never seen this before. Coral is very happy looking and eats well. Thanks!

It looks like area’s where the coral is healing from being cut up from the original coral head. Keep an eye on these spots to make sure this doesn’t increase. If it increases it can kill the coral. It’s a bacterial infection called “Brown Jelly”
It is treated with lugols iodine

It looks like the skeleton may have punctured the tissue and algae started growing on it. You might want to get a toothbrush or something and see if you can remove it. GL.
