Need ID on this badly

Hello everyone
For about 3 weeks now I've notice this things on my duncans. I have take them out, scrape, and dip the coral. With in the next days they are back. This is the only coral that has this.

At a quick glance they do, and that was my initial thought, but the way they came back after the first scrape and dip change that.
