If it helps, I was able to skin my stand all with wood and trim from menards. Check out my 75 stand. They even had pre-made doors, just add handles and hinges

Well dang that would be easier for maintenance! I already have everything all cut up and painted now...Rather than cutting doors into your panels, how about attaching magnetic touch latches to all four corners of your stand? Then you don't have to fight around small doors to do your maintenance. When you want to maintenance your sump, you just push on the corners of the facia, and it pops out an inch or two and you can pull it all the way off... Easy Peasy..
