well I have fought the stuff for 2 years and it will not go away. the tank is empty of coral and fish. will bleach kill off the neomeris and whatever spores it uses to reproduce. I want to keep the rock and its caribsea liferock so acid bath is not an option.. I have all my fish in a 30 gallon with all the old coral most of wich has neomeris on it along with the snails also have it on there shells lol they wont be going back in the tank and cant sell it off because I wouldn't want anyone else to get this crap so will keep them in there own tank.. so will bleach kill it off for good

Good cleaning and let your tank and all it's equipment running with bleach for a week or two.
Your rock can be cleaned with a small amount of MA in a trash can for 24 hours, rinse well and run bleach for 24 hours or longer, rinse again and let it dry in the sun.
Your corals will be tough as most you want to keep but keeping them in a frag tank and constant cleaning and of course corals that you can frag do so.
Inverts is the same, QT and cleaning.

I feel your pain.
It will be a big task to have it eradicated from your system.

I do not know about this organism in particular, but bleach will kill any organism (including a person) if the concentration and contact time is sufficient.
