have you swapped reagents yet?Mine is actually seemingly running okish. I wouldnt control off of it yet though

Yeah I have the same issue. Hanna measures 0.07-0.09 and trident NP has read 0 for a couple of weeks now

aw thisi is disappointing to read. i was debating getting this. i have to test my phosphates all the time so was really excited to read about this. i have a feeling the problem is their light reading probe isnt sensitive enough to detect low readings of phosphates. not to the 0.01 scale we look for on the hannah. until they get a more sensitive probe, i guess ill hold out. or get the maven. its just the maven is soooo expensive, and its gonna be a while until reviews are out.
Same case for me. This is one junk product. I had to learn my phosphates were very high after seeing some of LPS not doing good.Well my Trident NP is no longer testing phosphate accurately. It is off .05. Consistently. Which is very annoying. It’s now showing 0 and my Hanna’s are showing .056 and .06 respectively.

Austin, I had this same problem after running the cleaning routine. I did not change those hose and got it working. First, I would pull the sample line off of the intake port inside the unit. Then, inject water through the line, pushing any obstructions out the other end.Hi, guys... a few question...
1. My NP is read "No Water Sample" but whenever I push a Prime Sample, it works but testing keep failing as it still say "No Water Sample".
2. Does anyone know the Hose Size of Trident? I think mind need replacement. But I cannot ID size to order it.
3. Size for DOS Hose as well...
For hose, I could easily get Kamoer Hose which is basically the same, I just need to find the size correctly... Anyone had any ideas?
Thank you...
I know about the issue is with Solenoid & squeezed hose.Austin, I had this same problem after running the cleaning routine. I did not change those hose and got it working. First, I would pull the sample line off of the intake port inside the unit. Then, inject water through the line, pushing any obstructions out the other end.
Then, attempt to prime again. Remove the cuvette viewing cover and watch to see if it fills to top of cuvette. Mine would not. I then performed a power cycle. Once the unit reinitialized, the prime function finally worked and the unit returned to normal.
Just something to try!
Sorry to hear this. My NP is spot on to Hanna. Have had it about 6 months. The only time I have issues is when the reagent gets low (never actually get 60 tests, more like 50).I know about the issue is with Solenoid & squeezed hose.
But then again, I think mine is in need of a replace since it's been years (for Trident ABC).
However... for NP, I just got about 6mth ago... I cannot confirm or denied how accurate the testing it because it's OVER THE PLACE.
Some day it's below zero, the next it's 50ppm. And Phosphate always at ZERO!!
Yes, it seemed to be not too accurate for me... And I try everything, factory reset, update... and all that.Sorry to hear this. My NP is spot on to Hanna. Have had it about 6 months. The only time I have issues is when the reagent gets low (never actually get 60 tests, more like 50).
Every once in a while, I get an outlier test, but it goes back in line next day.
Btw... off topic here... Do you happen to know long can Neptune USB be extend?
Thank you... But I don't know how to buy... I'm not from US.I have one that is 70'. Neptune Forums, RussM, has some good information on how this is done.
Sorry man, you’re having a rough go of it! Not sure how your NP is connected. Mine is through an apex jr. but I also have the power cord. There is an order you have to fire everything up, otherwise you may have an error code. I know your issue is web connection, but worth trying to reconnect in different order.Unfortunely... after I unplugged NP and clean the hose...
Now it won't connect.
I deleted it and try to change port and everything... IT STILL DOESN'T CONNECT!!!
I have no 1Link. So I'm using USB & 24v Adapter.Sorry man, you’re having a rough go of it! Not sure how your NP is connected. Mine is through an apex jr. but I also have the power cord. I have the same setup (no 1link). I also went usb first and got the volts error. However, the unit initialized and after 5 minutes volts went away. I don’t want to recommend this as I don’t want something to fry, just pointing out that my volts error went away on its own.I have no 1Link. So I'm using USB & 24v Adapter.
I added 24v, before Plug in USB. Which is showed up in Apex but not allow to do anything... Even when I push for Prime or Factory Reset, it send the data but NP won't reactor.
And in setting paged, it says "Not Connected".
But if I plug in USB first and 24v Later, it alerted a "VOLTS" in red letter which indicator that voltage is incorrect?!
I just search a bit and found that someone had issue same issue as me after they update...
I did update a few days ago when "No Sample Water" started to pops up.
