I don't know if they do, sorry. @14 foot reef provided another option. Outside of that I would maybe reach out to Neptune or search on their forums as this has come up on how to manage this. Not to re-direct, sorry, but the information on it is there.

If you have not, I would power cycle your apex and your np, unless your concerned about losing your apex connection also. I actually had to power cycle today, plugged in the cable and power supply almost simutaneously, but cable a second earlier because I do not have 3 hands. I did not even receive the volts error this time…

I'm Confuse... What is Power Circle?

I did have this Trip Circuit where you supposed to press a button every few month (or once a month)... Once triggered, it shut down the entire Fish System. It a circuit breaker that prevent short-circuit.

And yesterday... after I did assume something might be wrong with Apex Program because it won't connect to NP, so I triggered it and shut down the whole system for about 10mins, basically a power black out. And turn power back on and NP still not connect.

P.s. As suspect before I take NP out to clean... the hose weren't clogged. Nothing was clogged. Before this, I was able to prime sample just fine even though it keep reading "No Water Sample". And then I take it out to flush the hose and everything was fine but after done... It no longer connected. Sadly...

I guess I have to through it out now!!

Power "cycle" means to turn it off and on, which you have appeared to have done. I would reach out to Neptune directly and put in a ticket before you throw it out...

Also, there are neptune dedicated forums which I hope can help, I'm out of ideas. Good luck though.

I read a few and they all ended up with Tickets to Neptune.

And since I'm not in US, it is not helping much.

Beside... I have a friend hand carry it from Singapore store for me.....

Well... last option was try to 1Link.

And if it's doesn't work.. then I'll throw it out.

Currently my EB only have 3 1Link and one was with Trident and 2 with 2 DOS. So there is no available slot for NP.

But I am ordering a 1Link box now.

Well, quick update... Got my 1Link and it still doesn't work.

It seemed to be connected to Apex, it showed the name and show schedule program.

But it just showed "Status" as Disconnected.

It seemed to bricked? All I did was removed it to clean the hose and then plug it back in...
