every day the same. it's so annoying !! i have to constantly disconnect my devices from the power supply and sometimes add new ones!

yes, it's just frustrating that Ecotech cares a ****! I will wait a while longer.If nothing happens, I'll sell the lamps and pumps from Ecotech and buy the ATI Straton and the pumps from Tunze. We have at least adequate support here.

Have you opened a support ticket with Ecotech? I was having a huge problem with my Vectras until I spoke with Ecotech, turns out my specific phone had issues with the app and they had to come up with an update to fix it.

While I agree that there are lot's of kinks to work out which should have probably been beta tested a little more. It's a whole new control platform for Ecotech and if issues aren't reported and walked through with support, they will never get fixed.

Are you waiting for a response from Ecotech?

yes, i did .. and i wrote back and forth with an alex young and apart from your standard instructions, from the electricity tennen, re-installing the equipment, nothing else came up.
