We had our first sonogram on Monday. Which was wayyyy cool! We were told they wouldn't do one till 20 weeks. This was a cool surprise.
The only bumber is driving to the National Naval Hospital in Bethesda, MD for our appointments. Traffic can suck down that way...

10 Weeks 2 Days from what the sonogram said (we figured 10w4days)

Thanks Everyone! We are really excited. We have been married 15 years (got married at 20!!!) so we have been waiting a while to be able to settle down and finally have kids. We didn't want to have them while we were moving every 3-4 years in the military. She retires in 3 or so years from the military, so we are staying put for a while now.
I can't wait to be a stay at home Dad. I am kinda diggin' it now. I miss working, but I keep pretty busy with taking care of the house, meals, ect. regular house husband stuff. Not to mention the building/finishing up the house how I want it. Its brand new, and I think I have done more work on it than our last one! Next time I am building!!!
Feb. 12 is the due date. So I guess Spring time should be pretty fun....poop, eat, sleep, cry..... :)

Congrats! My wife and I go in this coming Tuesday for our second Ultrasound! Our baby is due Dec. 29. so I may be having a Xmas Baby! Very awesome feeling I must say! Congrats once again!
