Can anyone give me help with refugium start-up. Where does everyone go to stock theirs?
I have corals ready to go in aquarium cycle is just about complete for inverts and fish to but all I am starting with are my corals from my frag tank. I still need to get my dosing changed over and a few more things but I need to get my refugium going.

IMO
Right now if you will not have fish in the tank then your refugium will not last, the algae will just die off from starvation.
Just run your skimmer until you get a real bio-load going.

But most places are always seeming to be out of Chaeto, if that what you intend to use.
I have purchased from Algae Barn myself, but I know there are many places that offer it.

Yes it does.
Think of it as vitamins, its not food.
