New coral polyps?

Hi, so I noticed that there was a chunk of broken rock in my quarantine tank with 3 little white....somethings on it, was wondering if anyone could ID it? There's several other coral frags, and an anemone in there...but could be some sorta hitchhiker too.

For reference, these are probably slightly larger than a grain of rice.
